Richards Crossing Housing Facility is officially open in Carson City! The facility’s 38 single-family housing units will benefit homeless veterans and low-income individuals in the community. On-the-job training and support services will also be available for residents. FISH (Friends in Service Helping) has provided all of the furnishings and a starter kit of food, utensils, and every day household items to get people started on their path to a better life.
