West America Commerce Center is nearing completion! Tolles Devlopment Company’s 610,000 square-foot, tilt-up concrete warehouse at TRIC is scheduled to be completed next month. The warehouse space will offer 122 loading docks, excess trailer parking, and be able to accomodate large auto/employee parking requirements.
