Q&D Project Engineer stepping into volunteer leadership at Construction Leadership Council
Q&D Construction Project Engineer Kenneth Semenko has been announced as the President of the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) for 2025. Semenko will lead the organization in its ongoing mission to develop the next generation of leaders within the construction industry.
Founded to address the growing need for leadership cultivation, the CLC provides a platform for mid-career professionals to network, enhance leadership skills, and engage in meaningful discussions about the challenges and innovations in the construction industry. Under Semenko’s leadership, the CLC aims to continue its legacy of supporting the professional growth of its members and fostering strong community ties.
The CLC operates under the guidance of the Nevada Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and adheres to its bylaws. Its objectives include promoting innovation, strengthening relationships within the industry, and preparing the next wave of industry leaders through education and collaboration. Additionally, the CLC actively supports AGC student chapters and serves as a liaison to help bridge the gap between academia and the construction industry. As President, Semenko will oversee initiatives that align with the CLC’s objectives, including organizing educational programs, networking events, and community service activities.
Semenko’s leadership marks an exciting chapter for the CLC as it strives to shape the future of the construction industry while addressing the evolving needs of its professionals and stakeholders.
