Steve Coltra is now a Superintendent for Q&D’s Heavy/Civil Group! Steve has worked at Q&D for almost 18 years and was a foreman on many notable projects including the Virginia Street Bridge, Carson City Streetscape and Stonebrook Development project. He is also famously known as a #craneguy hero in Northern Nevada’s 2017 flood. Steve’s hard work ethic and excellent leadership qualities will help guide our team and projects to success.
