Q&D has teamed up with Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada – an organization that provides hot meals, a food pantry, addiction recovery support, and supportive housing to people in need – to offer Q&D employees who have been injured and released for modified duty the opportunity to work as volunteers. Volunteering employees who choose to accept a modified-duty package can work 40-hour, full-pay weeks at Catholic Charities headquarters. Over the past 9 months, Q&D has enrolled six employees in the volunteer program.
