Week of 12/11/23
Monday 12/11/23 we will be paving Bumblebee.
Our service crews will begin installing and connecting water services on Berry Ln.
Additional crews will be prepping for concrete throughout the neighborhood. Concrete will be poured on Wednesday 12/13/23.
All school bus stops will remain as scheduled. When taking your child to and from a bus stop, please make sure all crew members on the job site are aware of your presence.

Our mainline crew will finish installing the water main on Berry Ln.
Our service crews will continue installing and connecting water services on Bumblebee.

Our mainline crew will begin trenching and installing the water main on Berry Ln.

There is a planned water outage on Tuesday, November 28th.
If your residence is in the affected area, you will receive a notification on your doorstep. The water outage will begin at 7am until work is completed.

Due to the holiday weekend we will only be working Monday-Wednesday.
Our crews will be working throughout the neighborhood to finish up Phase 1 of the project and clean up Phase 2 for the Holiday Weekend.

Week of 11/13/23
Continue road rehab on Phase 1 of the project will take place on Monday, November 13th, Thursday, November 16th, and possibly Friday, November 17th. The paving schedule will be weather dependent. Please follow all No Parking signage. If your vehicle is parked on the street during work hours it will be towed.
There is a planned water outage on Wednesday, November 15th. If your residence is in the affected area, you will receive a notification on your doorstep. The water outage will begin at 7am until work is completed.

Friday November, 10th we will have an additional crew paving on Long Valley. Traffic will be single lane, monitored by flaggers. Plan for traffic delays.

Monday, October 23rd our mainline crew will be finishing up work on Franklin Ln and Tillman. Tuesday, October 24th they will move over to Honeybee Ln to continue installation of mainline.
A second crew will be working on service installations on Franklin Ln and Bolivia Way. All residents that will be affected will receive notifications on your doorstep.

Our mainline crew will continue working down Monarch Ln. with expected finish date on 9/13/23.
They will then move over to Franklin Ln and Bolivia Way and begin grinding and installing mainline.
A second crew will be working on installations of new water services on Monarch Ln. All residents that will be affected will receive notification on your doorstep.
There is a planned water outage on Belmont Ct. Monday 9/11/23 beginning at 7am until work is completed.

Construction Update
Work on Phase 2A Gardnerville Water Line Replacement job will begin on Monday 7/24/23 at 7:00am. We will begin working on Kingston Way between Manhattan Way and Monarch Ln. We will be surveying, milling the road, and begin installing the new water mainline.

June 3 – UPDATE
Paving will be taking place on Mary Jo and Rose closing those streets at the intersection on Saturday, June 3. Crews will also be paving Tillman and Yellow Jacket on Saturday, June 3. Please avoid those area closures from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Crews will continue installing the water main down Carmel Way towards Leonard Rd. After completion of Carmel Way, installation begins on Leonard Rd. The second crew will resume installing services on Rancho Dr towards Bluerock.
** There is a planned water shut down next Tuesday October 4th on Carmel Way from Patricia Dr to Leonard Rd. You will receive a notification if your residence is in the affected area. The shutdown will begin at 7:00am and remain in place until work is completed.
Week Of September 26, 2022
Crews will continue installing the water main down Carmel Way towards Leonard Rd. The second crew will be installing fire hydrants on Mary Jo and Victoria Dr.
Friday 9/30/22 — We will be grinding down Leonard Rd. and paving the south end of Long Valley and Rancho Dr.
Homeowners will be notified 48 hours prior to any planned water shut off.

Crews will continue installing the water main down Victoria Dr to Patricia, and from Patricia down Carmel. The second crew will continue installing water services on Rancho. Homeowners will be notified 48 hours prior to any planned water shut off.
Week Of August 22, 2022
Crews will continue installing the water main on Bluerock and Rose Way. Rose Way will be closed to thru traffic. A second crew will be installing water services on Long Valley towards Rancho. Homeowners will be notified 48 hours prior to any planned water outages.
Week Of August 15, 2022
Crews will continue installing the water main on Bluerock towards Rose Way. A second crew will be installing water services from Jane towards Patricia. Homeowners will be notified 48 hours prior to any planned water outages.
**Traffic Update**
Long Valley will be one direction from Patricia to Jane with traffic flowing north bound. Bluerock will be closed to through traffic from Rancho to Rose.
