Virginia Street Project

In the heart of the Biggest Little City in the World, the complete roadway reconstruction of Virginia Street from 4th Street to 6th Street. The project includes new colored and stamped sidewalk, pedestrian access ramp upgrades, installation of trees and street lighting, and traffic signal improvements at the 4th Street, 5th Street, and 6th Street intersections. The project will also include providing a concrete roadway section; adjusting the grade of the curb, gutter, and roadway to decrease steep cross slopes and maintain accessible pedestrian paths in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
