Tracy T3 Circulating Waterline Replacement

The objective of this project for NV Energy was to remove and dispose of the existing piping , replace the 48” circulating waterlines with new carbon steel piping and coatings including exploratory work to locate other existing utilities that could potentially conflict with the profile of the new pipe, engineering for a new alignment of the waterline piping, , additional excavation to safely install the new piping via micro pile shoring, backfill all excavations, and replace the roadway asphalt. The water lines were shut down in mid-September, 2023 and all construction had to be completed in six months to allow NV Energy to commission and start up the plant again.
