This airport restaurant in the newly expanded Reno-Tahoe International Airport includes the most spectacular views of the jetway. Q&D was the construction manager and builder for this concession, built into post-security shell space allotted for new retail and service tenants as part of the reconfiguration of the concourse and security screening area of the Airport. The Q&D team added resources and worked together with the landlord and tenant to revise the shell construction to better fit the intended final result – a spectacular, Tahoe-style bar and eatery with a full kitchen, bar and banquet facility, open range and a food-prep area visible to customers. Because of that preliminary work, the project was completed in parallel with the Gateway Project and Timber Ridge was serving customers fantastic fare as soon as officials had cut the celebratory ribbon.
