NV Energy Parklane 12-Inch Up-Size

This up-sizing project to increase capacity included 1.4 miles of new 12-inch gas main pipeline – all placed in city streets with over 20 vertical offsets required to avoid conflicts with existing utilities. The project was scheduled to be constructed during winter, so crews had to coordinate with the gas company and homeowners to keep their gas services fed during the colder months of the year. Restoration of the roadways after completion of the gas work included 3,300 tons of paving.
