This new 6,005 sf facility featured all the latest design and accommodations a Nevada State Bank branch has to offer. The project consisted of developing a new 2 acre parcel, bringing in all new utilities as well as looking ahead and extending these utilities to adjacent properties that may be developed in the future.
SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS
The bank features three drive-up windows, an automatic teller machine and a night drop.
FINISH HIGHLIGHTS
The design by Michael Wetzel of Lucchesi, Galati Architects features travertine marble floors and cherry wood finishes.
