This new elementary school is designed to relieve overcrowding at surrounding elementary schools, and provide capacity for this high-growth area. School capacity is 745 students in this 2 story, 82,500-square-foot facility. There are 28 standard classrooms, one “Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM)” Lab, three “Hub” spaces for collaborative/project learning, modern security, energy-efficient design including a geothermal heat exchange system, and drought-tolerant landscaping.
