Gray’s Crossing Community

Delivered in a single five-month regulatory season for this Lake Tahoe watershed region, this 195-home community development included mass grading of an 18-hole, Peter-Jacobsen-designed golf course. Q&D won an award for constructing the project with sensitivity to the environment and met the client’s deadline for starting lot sales.
