Debbie Smith CTE High School

Debbie Smith High School is the final building project for Q&D Construction. It is the second CTE high school in the Washoe County School District (WCSD). Construction began in November 2022 and the new school opened its’ doors to students in 9th through 12th grades in August 2025. RiSE Academy for Adult Achievement is located on this campus in its own building.
The $135M project encompasses a total of four renovated buildings and two new buildings for over 230,000 square feet of technical education classroom environments that include culinary arts, veterinary sciences, agriculture, welding and construction, nursing and health science, manufacturing, and robotics.
