Cemex Area-B Reclamation

The Project

As part of Cemex’s reclamation of the Paiute Pit in Wadsworth, NV., part of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe’s property, Q&D Construction completed reclamation of Area B.  This project employed a combination of equipment, including dozers, loaders, excavators, 40 ton haul trucks and scrapers.  Q&D moved approximately 150,000 Cubic Yards of material to meet the cut and fill plan in less than 4 weeks to meet a critical deadline between Cemex and the Tribe.
