Q&D has been working together with Cashman (a supplier of Caterpillar equipment) to expand and modernize their Sparks location. This phased project includes:
- A renovation and addition to the main equipment maintenance facility including a 20,000-square-foot expansion (employee locker room and break room remodel, a new equipment wash-out building, a new paint application building, and new site concrete paving.)
- A renovation of the office building with a new roof and HVAC units.
- A renovation and retrofit of an existing building including new steel columns to support updated HVAC, new equipment cranes plus a new loading dock, new slab-on-grade and a robotic wash booth.
Recent projects also include a design-build a Motor Dyno room renovation with new cooling towers and pumps and a new metal building with cranes and wash bays to service the equipment.
