WE ARE Q&D, MORE THAN JUST A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS, Q&D’s people understand that building is complex, with a large volume of very small details that require just as much attention and follow-through as the big details.
At Q&D that follow-through is built on a foundation of energy and enthusiasm for the work we do, for the client’s goals and for a successful project for all team members.
Service goes beyond doing a good job – it means doing a great job, with empathy and compassion for what the client needs to accomplish.
Q&D maintains a reputation as a community and industry leader through integrity. In all aspects of our business, in every department and at every level, we are ethical, friendly and trustworthy.
The way to leave a legacy of satisfied clients is to follow-through and build the best structure possible– from the soil excavation all the way to the parapet cap.
Numerous things have changed since Norm Dianda inked Q&D’s first building contract for a kitchen remodel in 1964. Back then, the “contract” actually consisted of a few napkin sketches and a handshake over a pasta dinner.
Although the truck Norm borrowed from his dad and the original home office in his garage are gone, the foundation of Q&D remains the same today. Our values are service, integrity and quality.
Join a team of professionals that approach the work day with energy.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HERE
Q&D is a company built from scratch on the idea that you can do business fairly by following certain positive ethical principles which you never bend or stretch to fit your goal.
Because Q&D started as a family business and over the last 50 years has grown into a professional construction management corporation, we lack some formality when it comes to working together – roles, feedback and advice transcend levels of employment and years of experience. There is a casual atmosphere and an unadvertised open-door policy at Q&D.
This works because Q&D attracts people that treat one another, and our vendor, subcontractor and business partners, with the respect due others that have built their own careers and businesses with expertise and community leadership.
