While Q&D was racing to complete Summit Sierra Lifestyle Center, we had tenant improvement teams completed fast-track retail tenant build-outs such as Orvis.
FINISH HIGHLIGHTS
To create a lodge feeling in the 12,000 sf Orvis store, the team installed heavy timbers, a massive floor to ceiling stone fireplace, dura-stone floors, stained glass windows and fine architectural millwork throughout dressing rooms and display cabinets.
