Gray’s Crossing Phase 2 and 3

East West Partners’ business objective was to create world-class, four-season resorts while remaining environmentally sensitive. At the Gray’s Crossing, East West project directors asked Q&D Construction to identify opportunities to integrate environmentally sensitive construction strategies. Because equipment operator practices are not detailed in design documents, East West simply urged Q&D leaders to use their best judgment. Our team took the challenge very much to heart and through careful planning and discussions with designers Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy, we significantly diminished the construction impact during the site grading for the 18-hole course and the 195 home sites.

“Q&D Construction has proven to be a very capable and experienced firm… I would highly recommend Q&D, as their dedication and integrity are meritable. They would be a valuable asset to any golf course development.”
