This project included the replacement of 23 Pre-Conditioned Air (PCAir) units and Ground Power Units (GPUs) at passenger boarding bridges—critical systems that supply ground power and climate control to aircraft while at the gate.
The new units offer improved energy efficiency and environmental performance, replacing aging equipment with modern, eco-friendly technology.
Passengers and crew benefit as well: advanced air conditioning units at each gate help maintain comfortable cabin temperatures during ground time, improving the overall airport experience.
To further enhance sustainability, a power monitoring system was installed upstream of all bridges, enabling the airport to track energy usage and optimize efficiency across the system.
