To replace aging utilities, Q&D completed the following scopes of work for two owners, Truckee Meadows Water Authority and NV Energy: A Truckee River utility crossing at Vine Street and Riverside Driver and another at Booth Street and Riverside Drive along with two 24-inch water transmission mains and two six-inch gas transmission mains in old southwest Reno.
