At LAX’s Terminal 1 expansion project, Q&D fabricated and installed Southwest Airlines’ new “self-bag-tag” or SBT kiosks (along with the new signage for Southwest Airlines) in cooperation with the electronic equipment vendor and the client’s information technology company. The result is a wide array of kiosks that provide an alternative for travelers that meet the requirements for bypassing the ticket counter and can self-serve their own baggage claim ticket.
